30,000 Birds to be culled after fresh bird flu outbreak confirmed in India

Tests have confired Bird Flu in 324 birds in the Assam block, Delhi, just two weeks after India declared itself Bird Flu free. A cull of around 30,000 birds accross a 5km radius will now be orchestrated over the next three days...
